Today, I woke up like a school day at 6:00am to go for the Terry Fox marathon. This marathon is sponsored by many organisations such as the famous Aasics, four seasons hotel and others. Anyway, there was quite a no. of people there today at ECP. It was a 10km run and I conquer it!!! haha. The breeze was nice especially at the starting point. They gave us bananas after the run and it gave me energy right away. I will not underestimate the pwoer of banana ever again=). To my surprise, I saw yang han and his family! so cool. Very long never see him already.=)
Overall, I ended about in 1hr for the run and I realised my running sucks. So, I will make it a point to train my running when I am free...=0
